In January, the workshops moved into logos and typography — exploring how shapes, symbols, and fonts influence how we feel and what we believe. Participants analysed famous logos and asked: Why does this feel modern? Why does this feel trustworthy? Why does this feel bold?
Then they turned the spotlight on themselves.
Each participant designed a personal logo and business card — reflecting on identity, culture, personality, and values. It was more than a design task. It was self-expression.
But the biggest moment came when theory turned into action.
Young people were introduced to the Spot the Diversity game concept and began brainstorming symbols that represent:
• EU values
• Environmental responsibility
• Their country and culture
The room filled with ideas. Some abstract, some literal. Some serious, some playful. After discussion and voting, the strongest concepts were selected. And then it happened — the first official game symbols were drawn.
