Project stages

WP1 / Project management and quality assurance

We’ve got a solid plan to keep this project running smoothly from start to finish. Jedna Mladost leads the way in project management, ensuring everything is
on track, while Asociatia Four Change takes charge of quality assurance. With clear roles and responsibilities, everyone knows what to do from day one, keeping things organized and efficient. A well-structured schedule helps us manage time effectively, avoiding delays and ensuring deadlines are met.

Our quality assurance processes guarantee high standards, with regular reporting to track progress. Strong communication and collaboration keep the team connected, making sure we work together effectively to achieve our goals. You can download our Project Management Protocol here.

WP2 / Dissemination

Getting the word out is just as important as the work itself, which is why this part of the project has a dedicated focus. With a clear strategy and strong leadership, we’re making sure our message reaches the right people. Our goal is to share project activities and results with as many people as possible, engaging them in discussions about EU values and sustainability.

To make this happen, we’re building a strong brand and growing awareness through various channels. Effective communication with target groups ensures the project stays relevant and impactful. We’re also involving the wider community, ensuring long-term sustainability and increasing recognition for both the participating organizations and the Youth Together program. WP3 / Balkan Changemakers - Engaging Youth

Before launching workshops and discussions, we first need to understand what young people and organizations already know about EU values and sustainability. This work package focuses on research to gather insights and best practices, ensuring our approach is relevant and impactful. Check out the results here, from which we created this tailored program that blends discussion and hands-on learning.

The goal is to go beyond knowledge-sharing by developing key skills like communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. We’re also fostering a deeper understanding of multiculturalism, sustainability, and personal values. By connecting these themes, we aim to inspire meaningful conversations and long-term engagement with EU values and environmental responsibility.

WP4 / Developing the game - Spot the Diversity

This work package blends creativity and learning by running graphic design courses in multiple countries. Young people will develop digital skills while
creating icons for our game, ensuring they play an active role in its design. Check out our resources page for all the icons!

Youth workers will gain expertise in gamification and sustainability education, while participants will strengthen their digital and soft skills using tools like
Figma and Canva. Beyond design, this project fosters teamwork, creativity, and a deeper understanding of sustainability and EU values, empowering young people to create meaningful content for their peers.

Participants will develop key skills like teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking while gaining a better understanding of multiculturalism, sustainability, and EU values. WP6 / Global Green Campaign

This work package focuses on spreading the word about our workshops and games, ensuring as many people as possible download and use our results. To achieve this, we will organize a series of multiplier events, engaging local stakeholders and making our project widely recognized in youth and education activities across Europe. Check out the impact we made here.

These events will raise awareness of key topics like inclusion, diversity, and environmental responsibility while strengthening our team’s skills in communication, public relations, and networking. They will also foster international cooperation among Balkan countries and encourage young people to develop a sustainability mindset, empowering them to think, plan, and act with empathy and responsibility for the planet.
