After months of exploring values, sustainability, and active citizenship, it’s time to move into the creative phase of the project—Work Package 4: Developing the Game

This new stage focuses on graphic design and co-creation. Young people across all partner countries will take part in a series of design workshops where they’ll help create the icons that will later appear in the Spot the Diversity card game. Through this process, youth will not only strengthen their digital skills using tools like Figma and Canva, but also build communication, creativity, and teamwork—turning what they learned about sustainability and values into real visual designs.

In September, we began with the baseline questionnaire, designed by 4C and carried out by all partners. This survey helped us understand participants’ existing knowledge of graphic design—what tools they already use, how confident they feel, and what they hope to learn. The findings will guide the next steps, ensuring that the upcoming course matches their level and interests.

Next, Jedna Mladost, as the lead partner, will prepare the framework and lesson plans for the workshops, incorporating the results of the questionnaire. Each country—Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania—will then deliver their own local workshops, where at least 50 young people will design symbols inspired by their culture, EU values, and environmental responsibility.

This stage marks the start of something exciting: turning ideas and values into visuals that will shape the Spot the Diversity game!
